Gift Vouchers
All Shield Chiropractic gift vouchers are provided digitally to minimise plastic or paper waste. We do not currently offer physical/printed gift vouchers.
Select your gift voucher in our store (above) - you can select a gift voucher with your choice of value, or a New Patient Appointment or Follow Up Appointment Voucher. The two latter vouchers are a set amount to the value of that appointment type.
Follow the checkout process to purchase the voucher. You can choose to Email to You, or Email to Recipient.
If you prefer to have the voucher emailed directly to the recipient, in the Gift Card Delivery box on the checkout page, choose Email to Recipient and you can enter the recipient’s name, email address (required), a personal message and your (sender’s) name.
On completing your purchase, the gift voucher will be sent via email and features a digital code to be redeemed for a service in the clinic.
To redeem this voucher, please have your digital code ready when you visit the clinic to apply to your appointment fee accordingly.
